ReplyDeleteHello. Honor system worked for me as long as my wife was keeping me in the 1-3 week range between orgasms. What helped me was edging. Each day at a specific time, I was required to edge (get close to orgasm and then stop). I had to do this for twenty minutes each day at a specific time. I was working at home at the time, so it was no problem. Sometimes I was on a conference call at the time or otherwise working, but I always did so. ReplyDeleteAnyway, for the 'other' punishment, one my wife found helpful was to deny me the opportunity to serve her for a duration. Normally a few days or as long as a week if she was really pissed. I was still obligated to do all my chores, but she would deny me chances to feel her authority over me. Ms. rika too says this is a good form of punishment.
